This Willow, Alaska artist has been painting watercolors for over 25 years. She recently discovered this new medium and now she paints with dyes on silk and has developed a line of unique, handmade, 100% silk scarves.

In his small workshop in Wasilla, Alaska, Artist Andrew Hampe uses a lathe and a special tool to create a harmonic vibration called "chatter" that gives each piece a unique texture.
